  • Ans: For admission in JMCH, following is the procedure -

    1. Qualify NEET Exam

    2. Register yourself for admission process through MCC/DGHS. Pl note that you need to Register yourself under the category of Deemed universities and give preferential choice of JMCH.

  • Ans: To qualify for NEET, students must achieve a minimum score of the 50th percentile if they belong to the unreserved (UR) category. For those in the Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), or Other Backward Classes (OBC) categories, the minimum qualifying score is the 40th percentile.

  • Ans: No. To get admission under any category, you have to be NEET qualified and apply to MCC under deemed university.

  • Ans: The counseling rounds are conducted according to the MCC norms, rules, and guidelines. Typically, if seats remain unfilled after the first, second, and mop-up rounds, a stray vacancy round is held at the institution by MCC, DGHS, and JMCH guidelines.

  • Ans: Lower Limit: 17 years completed as of December 31, 2024.

    Upper Limit: The case is pending with the Hon’ble Supreme Court. Please refer to the MCC website for the latest updates.
